Who we are
Controller: Skill Lotto Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
App: Rajshree Stockist — a business tool for authorized stockists/retailers.
Data we collect
- Account & business profile: name, usercode, outlet name, role/level, parent code, phone number.
- Authentication: MPIN; optional biometric check (Face ID/Touch ID). We do not store biometric templates.
- Usage & device: app version, device/OS, language.
- Diagnostics: crash logs and performance metrics.
- Report context: filters you choose (date range, lotteries, user/retailer). No public ticket purchase is done in this app.
- Optional (only if enabled by you): camera/photos (uploads/scans) .
How we use data
- Sign-in and authorization (Mobile Number, MPIN, optional biometrics).
- Provide features: dashboards, Payment Summary, Net Sale.
- Role-based access (Self / user / “ALL”).
- Security, fraud prevention, performance and troubleshooting.
- Legal compliance and audit.
Legal bases
- Contractual necessity — to deliver services to your organization/account.
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, and improvement.
- Consent — for optional permissions ( camera/photos, biometrics) where required.
Security
- TLS/HTTPS in transit; restricted admin access; role-based permissions.
- Sensitive credentials stored using platform-recommended protections.
- Production logs exclude raw MPIN/biometric data.
Retention
Data is stored in India. We retain account/operational data for 12–24 months, diagnostics for 90 days, and legal/accounting records as required. After retention, data is deleted or anonymized.
Your choices & rights
- Access, correct, or delete your data (through your organization or by contacting us below).
- Manage optional permissions in device settings (Camera/Photos).
Third-party SDKs
We use platform libraries (e.g., React Native/Hermes) and may use analytics/crash SDKs. We configure them to collect only what’s necessary, and we review their privacy disclosures.
